This information notice fulfils the information obligation under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR and complements the privacy policy. It applies to all natural persons who contact M.L.K.V.V. or use the form on this site.

• Identification data: name, company name.
• Contact data: email address, phone number, address.
• Project data: selected service, preferred date, description of works.
• Technical data: IP address and cookies (necessary for the operation of the site).

• Handling of the quote request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Marketing communication — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (with consent).
• Security and analysis of the site — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Compliance with legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not make decisions in a fully automated way, including profiling that would produce legal effects or significantly affect the user.
